Ordering & payment
How do I order?
Add items to your cart and check out on this website, or order by phone or WhatsApp on 0795 485 349. You can also buy in person at our shop in Nairobi CBD.
How do I pay?
Pay with Lipa na M-Pesa at checkout: you get a prompt on your phone and enter your M-Pesa PIN. In the shop you can pay with M-Pesa or cash.
Why can't I pay online for some products?
Some items are marked “Enquire to order”. For these we confirm stock, price and delivery with you first by phone or WhatsApp before you pay.
Do you sell in bulk?
Yes. We supply individual farmers, farm projects, groups and agro-dealers. Contact us with the quantities for a bulk quote.
What if an item is faulty?
Notify us the same day you receive it and bring it to our shop within 48 hours. If our technicians confirm it was faulty when sold, we replace it. See our returns & warranty policy.
Do you give refunds?
No. We replace items confirmed faulty at the time of sale, but we do not give cash or M-Pesa refunds, and we cannot replace items damaged through misuse or mishandling.
Do incubators have a warranty?
Yes. All our incubators have a one-year warranty. The warranty does not cover misuse or mishandling.
Delivery & collection
Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
Yes. We deliver countrywide to all 47 counties within 24 hours, and same day within Nairobi.
How much does delivery cost?
It depends on your location and the size of the order. We confirm the delivery cost with you before dispatch.
Can I collect from your shop?
Yes. Our shop is at Mkulima Jovial, Mfangano Trade Center Building, 3rd Floor, Shop No. T2A, Nairobi CBD – on Mfangano Street, same building as Great Rift Sacco, next to East Matt Supermarket.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Saturday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. We are closed on Sunday.
Equipment advice
What equipment do I need to start poultry farming?
Most farmers need feeders, drinkers and a brooder (heat source) for chicks, plus egg trays for layers. Use our free poultry equipment calculator or our guides for 100, 200, 500 and 1,000 chickens.
How many chicks can one gas brooder heat?
An Ampia gas brooder broods up to 500 chicks and a Square gas brooder up to 1,200 chicks. See gas brooders in Kenya.
Do you sell dairy, pig, sheep and goat equipment too?
Yes. Besides poultry equipment we stock dairy equipment, pig equipment, sheep and goat equipment, ear tags and silage bags.
